Dinner out of a dumpster never gave me an appetite.

True, but wouldn't you try and get someone out of the dumpster if you knew the trash truck was approaching?

What you are saying is stay away from everybody so they won't infect you? The only antidote for sin is Christ and HE dwells in us. How are they going to be saved without us???

I assume some of you take your children with you when you go witnessing at the local brothel and pub?
The fact is the church is not only made up of stronger saints that CAN stand in the midst of Confusion, but also new born babes, that do not yet have the strength to stand in the midst of False doctrine. So to fellowship a church that teaches less that Acts 2:38 and holiness would be like feeding your babies a little rat poison every day. It may not kill the poor little thing right off, but don't doubt the lasting lifelong effects that are sure to become visible over time.

Jesus was eating with them was He not? Jesus had dialog with them. He brought truth to them. Shouldn't we be doing the same, if we want to truly be Christ like? You can not win or change those you will not love. Jesus loved us first, while we were still sinners.

I think you lost this one...give it up.(lol) How do you know they didn't preach to him, are you kidding, they wanted to kill him. Just because the scrbes didn't record their conversations, or maybe they did, but the manuscripts were hidden away somewhere? Who knows. They called him every name in the book. Had they preached to him do you really think it would of made a difference. He was secure in his identity, thats why he could be who he was and change lives merely by his presence. The devil isn't jsut in the sinners, there's more devil in the church.

But in Indiana the UACoJC has a monthly fellowship meeting.
You participate and you are not (as far as I know) a part of that organization. I keep thinking I might get to one of those meetings but so far I haven't. (I would not wear my shorts, tee shirt, and sandals). How well attended are those meetings? And are they just UACoJC folks or do they draw from a wider group? And where is the meeting going to be on September 28th?
