FOR THE RECORD, I HAVE NEVER MENTIONED ANYBODY'S NAME OR WHERE I USE TO GO TO CHURCH IN ANY OF MY THREADS OR POSTS. FOR ALL YOU LURKERS SITTING THERE WAITING FOR DELTA SOUNDMAN TO POST SOMETHING THAT YOU CAN THEN STRECH INTO SOMETHING OFFENSIVE, GET A LIFE.

FURTHERMORE, WHAT IS YOUR ENDGAME IN ALL OF THIS. ARE YOU HOPING THAT TRYING TO ASSASINATE ME WILL SCORE YOU POINTS THAT THEN YOU CAN HAVE A SHOT AT BEING PASTOR OF MY OLD CHURCH?IS THAT IT?

I'M A VERY BUSY MAN RIGHT NOW AS YOU CAN TELL BY THE LACK OF POSTS OVER THE PAST COUPLE OF MONTHS. I HAVE A REAL JOB THAT REQUIRES ME TO DO MORE THAN SIT AROUND WAITING TO POUNCE ON SOMEONE. BUT, IN A MATTER OF WEEKS I WILL HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH TIME TO DEAL WITH YOU TROUBLEMAKERS. MY ADVICE IS TO LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

MOST OF YOU LURKERS ARE OPERATING UNDER THE PRETENSE THAT YOU KNOW ALL THAT WENT ON AT MY FORMER CHURCH. LET ME WARN YOU, IT WAS THE MOST WICKED THING I HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN MY LIFE! THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS.

THIS IS AN OPEN FORUM FOR GOODNESS SAKES. Whew! Sorry friends that had to be said.

I'm independent so I won't be trying to take a UPCI church.

If you don't like strings attached to you everywhere then you are right this would not be a good first pastorate.

DS,

One thing I have to say is that through this whole church mess I have learned that the most important thing we can have life is our friendships. DS, you and I are lucky to still have so many of our strong friends with us at the new church. Our parents have not been so lucky. They had seen most of their generation and the one before us lost and they couldn't bear to see another generation meet the same fate.

My daughter was in the fifth generation UPC in that church. We didn't take our decision to leave lightly. In fact, there was no decision. The decision was basically made for us.
