As far as Brothers Huntley and Graham go I will be surprised if they are for it. I don't know anything about Bro Graham except that he's an awesome preacher. I though that Bro Huntley was very conservative.

I guess you're a slanderer now, too, as well as a promoter of untruths. I can't speak for all of them but I can for a couple of them... and they don't have televisions in their home. Period.

That reminds me of a time a few years back at GC, when my father (a pastor) was at the PPH booth and bumped into (literally) another preacher that he didn't know, and both indicated what state they were from without mentioning their respective names at first. The other preacher then stated to my father, "I heard about so-and-so out there (my father) my friend pastors out there and told me that guy (my father) doesn't stand for nothin. He even has a TV in his home, I know that for a fact". (FYI, my father does not now, nor has he ever had a TV in his home or anywhere else, I can't think of any one less likely to ever have one.) My father proceeded to ask him the friends name that had given him this "factual" information. The preacher the man mentioned had never been inside my parents home. THEN, my father introduced himself..... HILARIOUS!! He said the other guy sat down his books and walked away without another word.

I can appreciate what you've said here...the world if full of roaming idiots..

but I'd go to my grave trusting that Steadfast knows for SURE what he speaks, as he is best friends with the accused and has been in their homes....

Frankly I have no intention of 'lightening up' when some of these men are very close friends of mine and are being openly slandered on this forum. As for your opening post being a 'joke'... well, I saw nothing to indicate that whether in words or even a smiley so it leaves me only to believe you just got 'hung' by the 'tongue'.

Furthermore, what does any of this have to do with Thad? Sounds like your a little jealous that he comes up with stuff you didn't hear first. Besides, on his thread bringing some of this up I refuted the same rumor.

I'm not in need of Prozac. I'm in need of friends and I'm not much of a friend if I allow some of them to be trashed on here in the name of 'fun'.

Ironically, one of these men called me a couple times before I started my day today and when I told him what was being said on here I think his solitary refuttal was something like 'idiot'. Think what you will but the truth is I value friends much more than I value a forum.
