Yep, and the application of getting into the Way, Truth and Life is
Acts 2:38. You must be baptized into Christ, and you must receive the Spirit of Christ. To get into (or even see) the Kingdom of God, you must be "Born again of the water and of the Spirit"
You can't minimize
Acts 2:38 with that scripture. Jesus came and his Death, Burial, Resurrection (The Gospel) is applied with
Acts 2:38. Without that, you will be eternally lost.
