I haven't gotten to ride much this summer because my hubby has been driving it to work to save on gas. He drives 130 miles roundtrip to work and back. He's also been working six and seven days a week for a few months so needless to say, he doesn't feel much like joy-riding in what little sparetime he has.

OH thank you sis...yes I am sure he is tired after all that....my hubby is so excited I think he would ride it all day and all night if he could...but we are older now and it does make the bones ache after awhile! We are having such a good time. This Saturday we are meeting a group of Christians that are starting a new chapter here, so we are going to have more people to ride with....so far all the people we have meant are just great AMERICANS...
In November they have a great Veterans day parade here and we will be riding in that with our local HOG chapter....last year there were over 200 motorcycles...I am really looking forward to that...Most of them are Harleys and it makes a rumble like you can not believe!

I have fifty items on there, but I figured maybe half of them would sell and not nearly for what they are selling for! I would have been thrilled with $300.
GOD IS GOOD!!!!

LOL!!! No, I think our motorcycle days are over. Besides, I never could drive one; I just liked riding on the back and holding on for dear life!

The gloves are a very popular auction (@$51 today).
I could have used them this morning.
When I was out for a ride, the temperature was 48F (Wind chill factor of 21F @ 55mph).
We're used to the cold in Canada, but for awhile I thought I was going to have to go back home and put on long pants and an apostolic shirt.

Oh my word, if it was that cold here, I wouldn't even climb on a Harley! We only rode about 4 months out of the year. I am not into pain!!!!
Can you believe someone is bidding $51 on those gloves???? Of course they are about $90 new, but these are not new. He only wore them a few times, but still.......I'm just thankful to the Lord for Ebay!
