I do believe this to be false teaching - unless he is making reference to the healing of our bodies after death in the resurection.

Bro, Scripture PLAINLY states that Jesus bore our sicknesses on the cross. Now if you want to make this a healing after death in the resurrection, then I believe that you would have to deny that it is available prior to that occurrence. And if you believe that it is available to even one, then it is available to everyone, because we know that God is not a respecter of persons.


I also showed that the fulfillment to Isaiah 53 where it states that Jesus bore our sicknesses was natural healing this side of death according to the sovereign Word in Matt 9

Question: If it was indeed "the fulfillment" why do we try so hard to rationalize why/why not, it is yet to come in this same way?

First, it was Matt 8. My bad for typing it wrong.


My honest opinion is that we struggle with believing that healing from sickness and disease is available for every individual because we do not see everyone being healed. Even those that we pray for many times die from sickness and disease despite our desperate and passionate prayers. So I believe many judge, and their understanding of Gods Word becomes skewed, by their experience. Thus they adopt a doctrine that is more in line with their experience, than in line with the Word of God.
