It was the ugliest, wet week here and the weekend has just been perfect!

Sunny, yet cool, so fall is on the way.......I love this time of the year. However, with it comes some sadness too - - - so much change in my life and the holidays are my favorite time of the year!

I will dredge forward!!!

That is interesting...fall has been a time for a lot of good things to happen in my life, but also a lot of hard things....I used to dread it, but now I love it and am glad....The color is so vibrant, the air so clean and crisp, and its the the calm before winter....when it rains....rains....and if that were not enough it rains some more!!!

Yep, that's why I love this time of the year too and all the holidays!

It's still a time of adjusting for me - - I can do it though because I love life!

Me too....not only do I love life, but finally after 60 years I love me...I love what God has created me to be....

Well it only took me 60 years...

.....one day not too long ago it just dawned on me...God loves me as I am...HE created me....He made me who I am.....wow...so its good! Not saying I am perfect because we all know that can't be, but my heart is seeking Him, and He loves me.............

That is bad that it took that long, but praise God that you finally GOT IT!

I believe we all struggle with that from day to day. I know it's extremely hard for me to accept a compliment, but why? I'm one of God's creations - it's not something I've done to be worthy of the compliment......lol!

I really believe we should teach our kids that they are awesome and build their confidence up not because of what they are or what they look like, but because they are God's child and as the t-shirt says.....God don't make mistakes!
