Elders are not always apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors or teachers.
Everyone that declares the word of the Lord is not necessarily an elder even if they are classified as an apostle, prophet, evangelist, pastor or teacher.
LadyRev, you are too funny! To say, "it is quite PLAIN...." and then not list these scriptures is just too funny. I know you must be teasing all of us so, please, share your biblical study with us. )

You are honestly looking for scripture that says 'not all elders are apostles, pastors, teachers, etc and vice-versa'???
Do you have scripture saying that they are? I didn't see one from you.
1Ti 5:1
Rebuke not an elder, but intreat him as a father; and the younger men as brethren;
1Ti 5:2
The elder women as mothers; the younger as sisters, with all purity.
You also have a problem with that above scriptures, since it's lists women as elders too. Don't think so?? The same Greek word is used in both scriptures for 'elder'.

I had already posted these very scriptures and more.
Some people, (and I don't mean you HO), need to drop the "selective reading".

The scriptures regarding elders were posted previously.
Its becoming more and more obvious that you practice "selective reading" according to your personal need.
When you decide to have a genuine scriptural discussion, please let us know.
