There are 2 groups that are pulling out here.
One is going with NW
and the other with VM
LOL
and the other is staying UPC 
then within the UPC we have the Split in the district that has a lot of folk in a tizzy LOL

So far these are the 3 splinters yes plus a New district in Socali is forming.
They will have their own conferences and camp meetings starting in '09

no, but as of this year everyone on the board is upc except for a couple
