So you are blaming music directors for "softening" men in our churches?

Coon, really?

Not all music directors, Renda.

But honestly, if you don't think the proliferation of sissies behind the keyboards has affected young men, you just haven't been paying attention.

I don't buy it.

With that train of thought, then we need to carry it a step further and say that any minister that has been unfaithful to his wife has affected his church and turned the men to adulterers.

Sister, when a pastor falls into moral sin, it does open the door to that spirit, and men are affected.

Does that mean they will all succumb?

No.

But I have seen that over and over again.

What is allowed in leadership will affect the body.

Don't forget your garden variety ... oft hard-nosed, straight-laced pedophiles.

Perversion in the pulpit or on the platform will affect the spirit of a church, whatever variety is happens to be.

I agree but do you think that singing songs that express love for God is preversion?

I am against homos in any function in the church but just because a man sings a song that expresses his love to God don't make him a perv or homo.

Ever heard the song, "OH, How I love Jesus"?

A more modern one that I like is by Michael Gungor, "children and kings"

There is a world of difference between "O, How I Love Jesus," which I love to sing, and these songs with all the overtly sensual imagery.
