Most posters around nfcf talked about the meeting as if it was a pre GC organizing meeting for a new org should they vote in TV
well now there has been talk of a new fellowship forming should the TV resolution pass for a few years now - many things are now set in place for a fairly easy transition

Especially in California....although you would need to say fellowshipS
It certainly seems politcally provocative to host a meeting such as this in an area renowned for its liberal views on this issue. I doubt strongly that it would be anything other than big group hug for the pro TV crowd.
I wonder if they will also have secret behind the scences meetings to elect officials for TPOLAOWDBFMGALO62IT in advance of their inaugural conference.

As could very well been said about the Houston meeting.
Once again, I do not want to attend a forum where it is so lopsided. If the UPC or a district is going to host a forum, I want to see equal number of people on each side, with the moderator being someone who is right in the middle of the issue.

If it ever passes, which I think it will soon, no new conservative org will form. Men of conviction will simply stop sending in annual dues and fellowship men who believe like mindedly They will the support the missionaries of choice directly without the hazelwood head tax taken off first.
Who knows this could be boon for foreign missionaries.
