All of our other churches have full staff and their own preachers/pastors. This new one in Savannah, TN is a video venue. We have a campus pastor who is in charge of all pastoral care and administration. He does all announcements, offerings, etc. They have their own band and worship leader. But the sermon comes on by video. It's Eddie preaching in the Jackson church the week before. We don't do it live, because we don't want to interrupt the move of God in either place to have a set "time" for the video. At the end of the video, the campus pastor does an altar call, or whatever he feels. We have had amazing moves of God there.
Most churches who have video venues for their satellite works are actually from a live feed, but for a Spirit-filled church, this seems to be the best way. We have been doing a video venue in our own church building in Jackson for about a year now in the other end of the building. They also have their own band (more guitar-edgy than the main sanctuary), and their own pastor who leads that service. It has worked so well, and has kept us from having to build immediately. So we decided to try it in other towns.
It's a great way to use young ministers who want to help start churches, but don't feel confident enough to preach/teach several times a week.
