Also why did Paul dump this in the letter to the Corinth, but not to Ephesus, Colosse, Thessalonicia, and all of his other letters.

Brother you get in the Kingdom by obeying
ALL of Acts 2:38. Holiness don't put you in the Kingdom. Holiness in the culture of the Kingdom. If you are truly saved holiness will become a part of your life.
BTW, I am not UPCI. I just believe the Bible.
