I guess I'm too easy, but I would never dis-fellow another Christian. Nor would I condemn them to hell. It's just not my job.

Help them with what? Sounds like they are fine as they are and need no help.

Would you witness to them about the truth as you see it?

If yes, please elaborate on why.

If no, please elaborate on why.

Yes... when asked. And I do believe they will ask. Because they will see something in me that they will want to know about. But they will only see this "something" by my fellowshipping with them... not by my ex-communication of them.

And I might learn something from them as well.

In all of the UPC churches I have attended, I can't help but notice, in spite of all of our wisdom, knowledge, and revelation of scriptures... WHERE IS THE LOVE??? In my experiences, we are lacking... I used to sit on barstools with kinder folk than I sit with in the pews.

Sometimes, I am ashamed of us.

That's a problem widespread throughout all Christiandom, not just Pentecostal ranks. That's a fact.

My experience has been that UPCers take the cake.

I think that is more opinion than experience. been upc all my life....both churches are some of the most caring and loving people I have ever known. Would do anything for anyone. I have even seen some of them get burned because they were supporting a fraud out the kindness of their hearts.

To lump all UPC into your little catagory reeks of bias.

In fact I think that the insinuation of "hateful" Pentecostals is coming mostly from the fertile imaginations of bitter, backslidden ex Apostolics who are constantly trying to find a way to justify their actions. ~ strait shooter

EXPERIENCE is exactly the word. Wish it weren't.

I was saved in a UPC church 10 years ago. Have remained in attendance to this day... but have to admit, am LOOKING elsewhere.

I wanted nothing more than to be accepted and to be loved in MY CHURCH. I wanted to belong. But after 10 years in UPC, that hasn't happened . . . because I don't LINE UP with their (UPCs) interpretation of holiness. Can't seem to sell out to that which I don't believe.

So yes, rejection by UPC has been my experience (not opinion).
