In the church world as a whole, "apostolic" has a whole different meaning than it does to OP's. There are a lot of conferences offered for apostolic churches, and it has NOTHING to do with Pentecostalism.

I have to agree with Sherri that the word apostolic means different things to different people and often has nothing to do with Pentecoat or Oneness. Even Catholics consider themselves to be the holy apostolic church. Do a word search on the interenet and you'll come up with all kinds of things. I ordered three books once pertaining to apostolic and if I remember right one was Episcopalian, one was Armenian Orthodox and one sounded UPC. My mother and I have gone round and round about this several times because she believes Apostolic means oneness and nothing else. I've had to tell her that is does, to our why of thinking but other religions claim to be apostolic as well.
In my world...Apostolic is 3 step Oneness but not all the strict rules. There are some things I feel are heaven and hell issues and others that are personal convictions between you and God. My church affiliation is ACN.
