He has run for president before under the Libertarian party. He is a republican now and has announced an exploratory committee to run for the presidency. I am not positive who he will run under.

The Republican presidential candidate is not yet decided.

I am not sure who he intends to run under but he is still a republican in the house.

He is a Doctor (PHD) who has been in the house for several decades. He is known on the floor as "Dr. No" because of his consistent votes against raising of taxes.
