Naw. The other comment "Good Grief!" is more like it.
The mom is part boxer and possibly Great Dane so she is pretty big. She is just barely grown herself and weighs 80 lbs.
When we called the vet to get her fixed the woman on the phone said we should wait until after her first heat. We did and although we watched her like a hawk some "friendly" neighborhood dog got to her.
When my wife told the vet what she had been told on the phone by her staff she was very upset and said that they should have never told my wife to wait until after the dogs first time in heat.
I thought there would be about 10-12 puppies based on how huge she was but when they kept on coming it was scary. I have never seen so many little puppies in one spot before. They are all beautiful mutts of course. No two look alike.
We have 10 boys and 5 girls. Two of the girls are white and one has a black circle around her left eye while the other one has the same black circle around her right eye.
We can't tell yet what breed the father might have been.
