The move to a division doesn't have much to do with Bro. Vitanza(sp) - and there is still a long ways to go.
First up - the spanish churches will have to put their money where there mouth is. No dinero - no division - it's really that simple.
Secondly - the chicken little's of the internet are the only one's that are really screaming that the sky is falling. How many spanish churches do you know of that are threatening to pull out? I think they are too busy trying to win souls.

If it becomes a division it would have a fulltime director at the executive level.

I honestly don't think funds exist to support this.

No - just referring to the "overworked director". If it becomes a division they would probably need a Sec/Treas and support staff.

The funding is the big hurdle that the spanish brothers will have to overcome. If they want a division they will have to pay for it.
