Anyone using Res #4

Does anyone know of any UPC churches taking advantage of Res #4 and placing some commercials on TV? Is it working for them from an Evangelism standpoint? Are they seeing results?

uh, . . . no.

You would think that they would already have services as many already show live streaming from the web. All they would need would be to just put it on the air.

I asked this question a couple of weeks ago and got no answers.
