I agree!! These kids needed removed from their mothers... the ones who have already been having sex with these men at such young ages and ... The ones who are a product of teenage mothers also..The mothers and babies need to be taken out of there! . because thats just WRONG and yes folks... if they are under 18 it is still rape!!!

It has happened in a few states where a 19 or 20 year old boy had a "relationship" with his girlfriend that was 17.

She got the preggers, her Daddy called the police and the young man who had consensual relations with this minor child ended up in jail for 20 years and on a sexual predators list for life.

But some of us want to protect these men from their crimes under a freedom of religeon defense.

Nope... It is wrong... And these men should be on a predators list also if they are taking of these young girls. And oh the pictures... some of these girls look the age of my 9 yr old.. holding their babies!! Its sickening! And someone said to me... I do not think they were carrying their own babies... sad thing is.. more likely than not they WERE holding their own babies!

My ex husbands best friend owns a snake farm in san angelo.. its the provider for tony lama... And when he and my ex would go out there. On occasion they would run into these people by chance in the town... They have been there for years an its common for the community... they know this is happening and have been trying to get things done for years! I do not agree with all of what has happened but I do not agree that these mothers should be allowed to be raped by these men and it be a free ride in the name of religion!

That would depend on each individual State. Each one has its own laws regarding age of consent. It isn't always 18.

I don't know about other states, but in Texas we have statutory rape laws. I am not sure on the ages though, I do think if the boy is 17 or older he can be charged if the girl is younger. We need brother Griffin to weigh in on this.
