If had kept his mouth shut, probation was a long shot, but I honestly think it would have been closer to 10 non-agg which would have probably put him out in 3 parole for 7, instead he is doing 15 minimum before eligible to apply.

But you are right, the judge could have given him life.

Anyway back to Kenneth, if YOUR lawyer ever starts giving you dirty looks pay attention next time. LOL

Yep. And don't try to make jokes at a parole hearing either. I learned that the hard way. Those people are way serious.

I explained the joking a little more in detail above. Yes, I told him to please don't take his eyes off of me. Among other things, I have bad anxiety attacks and I had a dozy today. I'll be able to get the majority of my medication again starting next week, so things will be much better.
