I often pondered the question of:
What is the purpose of Christianity?
It can't be to make heaven and miss hell - because some people don't believe in either. It can't be to be a better person - because some people don't need a "higher power" to make them a better person. It can't be to have their problems solved - because Christians have as many, if not more, problems than non-Christians. It can't be for prosperity - because not all Christians are wealthy.
There has to be more than just those things in order to believe in Christianity. It can't be because you claim your Bible is "inerrant", because all religions that have text claim the same thing. It can't be because you have the original religion because Mithra ism was alive and well long before Christianity hit the scene.
So, what is the purpose Christianity?
