What a small view of Pentecostalism if you think this board is made up of a majority of ex-Pentecostal people.
Well, I'm 25 pages behind, so just ignore my ignorance of what this thread is about.

Your observation isn't ignorant. I believe the same thing. I think it's just more one-stepper than three. That's all.

This has been my posture all along........we all THINK or PERCEIVE this board and each thread differently.
The one-steppers think this is a three-stepper dominated forum, and they feel attacked.
The three-steppers think this is a one-stepper dominated forum and they feel attacked.
The liberals think this is a conservative dominated forum, and they feel outnumbered.
The conservatives feel this is a liberal dominated forum, and they feel outnumbered.
And blah, blah, blah.
And each will post about another, pointing out certain posts and accusing them of hyperbole and hysteria.
And, yet, if you go back thru some of that very posters previous posts, you'll find numerous examples of the very transgressions of which they are accusing others.
Come on, folks!
Whatever happened to discussing a thread individually, making your opinion known, and then moving on to another discussion without all the personal attacks???????
Am I living in dream world to think that we could achieve that?

We all have our perceptions, and trying to change anyone's perception is like trying to reverse the earth's rotation - myself included, lol.

Wish we could get back to just that!
Why is everyone so defensive?

I think we just get to points where many issues on our minds come careening into one thread and explode.
