Yes, that's the royal blue one - just because they make it in your size doesn't mean you should wear it!

You can hear it in some of their voices, and now they're using their talents for the world...........Okay okay, I'm too conservative now, but that is too much for me. They call it american idol because it is idolotry. Now matter how innocent we try to see it, it's idolotry. that's just me.

I have seen every episode of every year of American Idol and I don't have a clue as to what you are talking about.
It is absurd to try and infer that the audience is somehow lifting their hands and worshipping them. Good grief!!!

It's the only TV show I watch on a regular basis. Pretty entertaining. The only other thing I may watch are reruns of sitcoms, and that's rare. I'm much more likely to be on here or reading books.

What about Carrie Underwood and Ruben? I guess they are only devout Christians if you say so?

Here's another reason he's still around: www.votefortheworst.com

Subdued,
I am afraid you are right. I saw that Howard Stern is promoting this site and it's goals. He has enough perverse listeners that this is probably right down their alley.
It is a shame to see the purpose of this competition being thwarted by some idiots on a lark.

I was a big fan of the British Invasion music...the calmer side. I didn't do the Stones or Kinks, but loved The DC5, Peter and Gordon, Gerry and the Pacemakers, The Searchers, Chad and Jeremy, Billy J. Kramer, Matt Monro, Pet Clark, Dusty, Marrianne Faithful, Jackie DeShannon, Cilla Black, and of course the 'Boys'...ahhh the memories...

It definately not British envasion, but my favorite songs from the 60's (at the time)are:
"Hello Muddah, Hello Faddah"
"Rubber Ducky"
and the Beatle's hit, 'The Long and Winding Road"

I honestly think that the votes should be 50/50. 50% from the audience/listeners and 50% from the judges. To me this would be fair. The judges will judge on talent while the audience judges by favorites whether it be the singing or looks.
