Re: Witchcraft = medication
Does anyone believe Luke practiced witchcraft? I am sure as a physician he prescribed medications.

Does the Bible say that Luke prescribed medications? If it does, chapter and verse?

I don't think there are any scriptures that says he gave any medication, but I could be wrong.
It's ok about sounding mean because I don't hold it against you.

Not true.
Witchcraft in the bible is not in any way related to what we recognize today as pharmacology.
That's bad doctrine, plain and simple.

Stop it, please. Stop!!
To even imply that prescribing medications is somehow related to the practice of witchcraft/sorcery is a horrible mangling of the meaning of the scripture texts, and is preposterous beyond words.
I really think you need to study this issue more, OM.

So, are you saying that Galatians 5:20 is wrong? If you do, then show me how it is wrong.
Gal 5:20 Idolatry,1495 witchcraft,5331 hatred,2189 variance,2054 emulations,2205 wrath,2372 strife,2052 seditions,1370 heresies,139
G5331
φαρμακεία
pharmakeia
far-mak-i'-ah
From G5332; medication (“pharmacy”), that is, (by extension) magic (literal or figurative): - sorcery, witchcraft.
G5332
φαρμακεύς
pharmakeus
far-mak-yoos'
From φάρμακον pharmakon (a drug, that is, spell giving potion); a druggist (“pharmacist”) or poisoner, that is, (by extension) a magician: - sorcerer.
It is straight and to the point.
