Along with all the rest of the pill-poppers!

Speaking of pill-poppers, I have a funny story....

Several years back my Mother, who is in poor health, had just found out that she was losing her health insurance. We were talking via cell phone, as I was running errands.

We were discussing her various medications and how much they would cost without insurance. I had just walked into the pizza place to pick up dinner, and I kept talking while I was paying for my order. And what the pizza guy heard was:

"And how much does Xanax cost these days?

"Really? That much?"

"Can't you get it any cheaper??"

At which case, I noticed him staring at me open-mouthed kind of in shock.

And which point I started to laugh hysterically, with the pizza guy just staring and me and my mom going "What? What? What's going on?" in my ear.

I explained to the pizza guy that I WAS NOT trying to buy drugs, but I don't think he believed me!

Luke was a physician but it doesn't say he made medications though. Luke went to heaven because he prayed for the sick and they were healed.

Where does the Bible say that?

It doesn't but you know that he prayed for the people and they were healed.

The same way I "know" he treated people with medicine?

Where is the proof that he treated people with medicine?

I would have to say his simple title indicates he practiced medicine.
