He's your candidate. Don't you already know? You seem to know a lot about Obama. Why not as much about your geriatric hero, McCain? He didn't even know the difference between the Sunnis, Shiites, and Al Queida.

Rico, im asking you to live by the same rule, i live by. When I say why I dont like Obama, I give very spicific reasons. reasons based on what Obama has said or done.

Ferd, just for you I am going to look up the clips I have seen of McCain flip flopping on issues. Keep in mind that I am working right now, so it will be around another hour and half before I can look them up. When I find them, I will post them in this thread. Fair enough?

It will be interesting to see the reactions of people who have blindly defended him while criticizing every misstep that Obama has made these last few months. There really is no comparison...

This list covers everything from McCain's twisting the truth regarding the 30 detainees who were released only to commit terrorists acts to his changing views on amnesty. McCain has NEVER been my ideal candidate. He is wrong on illegal immagration. he is wrong on ANWR.
he has changed his stated view on drilling off shore which is both a cause for concern and at the same time a cause to celebrate that he is bending to the right where he ought to be.
What I do like about McCain is that he has been right on the war in Iraq from day 1. and that he is right on the Couts and he is moving in the right direction on taxation, and that he has been MORE right than anyone on spending.
McCain is a mixed bag.....
Obama isnt a mixed bag. Obama wakes up in the morning and starts his day being wrong on everything. I suspect he ties his shoes wrong. by the time he gets to bed at night, he hasnt taken on correct stand on a single issue.
Barak is consistant....consistantly wrong.

I don't think McCain is totally wrong on illegal immigration. He is working through it like everyone else. Does someone have a good plan, Ferd? I'm seriously asking and not digging at you.
I think he is right about ANWAR, for now. He is beginning without freaking too many people out about ANWAR. I don't think he could have started there, IMO. We need to start somewhere and should have started 10 years ago, minimum.
