Where does the bible say that angels have power?

How can a woman's hair give her power with the angels if the angels don't have power?

When the bible says because of the angels it is reference to authority. God, man, woman, angels.

I don't need power with the angels, I have the power of the Holy Spirit, thats enough for me.

I agree that we have power because of the Holy Ghost.

I'm wondering if the reference to "angels" has to do with I Peter 1:12 "Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into."

Could it be saying that they see God has given man His Spirit here on Earth and has given us authority? Just a thought.
