you can also buy one of those Fish basket things for your grill. that works well. they have a handle, so you just turn the thing over so the fish doesnt break apart.
cooking on a grill in foil is fine, but really all you are doing is keeping the heat and the fish smell out of your house. thats my 2 cents anyway.
