Im not saying they don't insult. Im saying they don't call someone a conservative AS an insult. If you called me a Conservative I would not consider that an insult. If you called me a Liberal I would consider that an insult. If you called me a moderate I would not consider that an insult.

Prax, did you mean that if someone called you a Liberal you WOULD consider it an insult, or would NOT consider it an insult?

I would consider it an insult, because I am not liberal.

Someone calling me a liberal knowing I consider myself a moderate/conservative would be an insult to me.

Well, we're all more liberal than some, and more conservative than others.
I'm quite sure that there are people on this forum who consider you a liberal, Prax, but you know what? You can't change people's perceptions, they're going to believe what they want to believe.
I don't think it really matters what others call us or what their perception is - are you settled in your own beliefs? And by YOU, I mean all of us.

If you compare my views to those that really say they are liberals or Conservatives you'd see that I am closer to moderate-conservative.
If you read the posts here some of they have declared liberals have no lines, can do whatever they want. That is a flat out lie even for most "liberals" and certainly for anyone that is moderate or conservative.
