That's great, my daughter passed hers two weeks ago, she is now working at Baylor Hospital downtown Dallas. She graduated in May with a BSN, and a minor in psychology, after five years of college she feels rich now that she is working. BTW I got a raise as well, one more to go, youngest son is now a senior.

I have a job at a small town hospital, but I love the program I'll be involved in. They have a Nursing in Excellence program that is a 6-8 month orientation process where I'll be orientated to every shift and every department and floor, then I'll be working in the ICU step-down unit after that.
Working in a small town means that I take a pay cut, about $4.50 an hour, but the benefits are well worth it, and the hospital, though in a small town, has a lot to offer, and is a major cardiac hospital for that area.
I will be seeking my BSN after about a year, and hope to obtain it within four years from now. I won't be going any further than that, as I have no interest in what a MSN could offer me.
I'm moving in two weeks. You should see my house. Not looking any better while I sit here......

Lauren went to work for Baylor because it is a teaching hospital, the pay is great, but she will likely be in medical mission work or special needs ministry in the future. She is not married, but will likely be in the next year or two, and she wants to be mom to her children, so the preparation now is for service. May God bless you in the paths He has set before you, the medical industry needs righteous servants to love and minister to the sick.
