Ooooo boy. I don't know if that can be posted here on AFF where anybody in the whole world could concievably be able to see it. I always understood that that recipe was top secret, only known to people who were confirmed UPC folks. Maybe someone can PM it to you

What about the "Pentecostal Poof" I always fixed my daughters poof super high! And she was sure proud of it!

Oh, I almost forgot. The prayer line.

And our "backslid" teenagers hated to go to the alter for fear of being "gang prayed!"

Prayer lines are not just in the UPC.

I have been gone for a while until yesterday so I am just now reading this thread and thought with all the posts it would be a good one to read all the way thru. I saw this and you are correct. We invited a group of visitors to our church the other day... and 4 of them... their first comment was... Wow I really do need to go to church I need to go thru a prayer line. We dont normally do them but I told them they were more than welcome to go up for prayer LOL

Some of these terms are new to me and I was raised in a very large UPC church and visited many. Guess Texas just does stuff different or yall are very weird one LOL
