I know, but there has been some friction. I just don't want us to get to the point where we have battle lines drawn and look to engage the "enemy" at every possible chance. That gets real old real fast.
Brother, at the risk of sounding cynical, it's been this way for a while now.
Just check out any thread, the lines are clearly drawn. Even if the thread was started about something totally innocuous, it somehow very quickly degenerates into an "us vs. them" mentality. Pretty soon, what started as an innocent thread becomes a battlefield, and it's usually the "one steppers vs. the three steppers" these days.
It's unfortunate, it never used to be this way..........something has changed.

That is my point, and what I'm saying is that it gets to the point where it is neither amusing, entertaining, fellowship, or friendly. However, I do believe that we could actually have all those things and that it would be beneficial to all of us if we did have that. AFF can really be an entertaining tool for connection that leads somewhere.
Oh yeah, and we're supposed to be Christ-like anyway.

I totally agree, and I'm holding out hope that we'll get past this particular season of conflict and things will get back to "normal", lol.
