with this knowledge and their trying to be faithful to their understanding of God.. that "god is not a man" and countless other scriptures that tell them to have no other God before them.... I wonder if I don't believe what John Hagee is saying in his book "In defense of Israel" if this will really be held to their charge.... just wondering

Jesus did not give them a way out because they were Jews. They did not believe Jesus when he said, I and my Father are one. So I don't think they did or will get a special pass because they believed the Law that Jesus came to fulfill and not Jesus himself.

Except Roman 1 states that ALL men know God. They know Him enough that they are responsible.

Brother, some believed and some didn't. Like the gentile's some believe, some don't.

if one believes in the Sovereignty of God.... was it not in Gods plan fo r the gospel to reach the gentiles? Had the Jews had their eyes opened.. would it not have doomed the gentile?

Is Jesus"God," or the "Son of God"? He must be one or the other! Christianity cannot have it both ways! Since there is only one "Lord God" of the Old and New Testaments, only He can be God, and Jesus is His virgin born "Son." Jesus absolutely cannot be both!
Can some one show me where he backs this assertion up? He tries to show Jesus is the Son of God from scripture. He tries to show Jesus is the Son of man from scripture. Fine, but what is his evidence that Jesus can't be both God and Son of God? What is his evidence to back his assertion "Christianity CAN'T have it both ways"?

Anyone can try to make an argument that Jesus is God or isn't God or point out the bible says Jesus is the Son of God, but that doesn't tell me his basis for his assertion

PRAX,, I couldn't make out what point you were trying to make.. are you supporting the idea that the Jews were predestined to not accept Christ for the Gentiles sake? or vica versa
