That is so funny, when I am with my Mom and we are putting our name in for seating at a restaurant, she always uses my sisters name (Amy), or mine. Her name is Laquita...

I had heard her name from my MIL so much, that I assumed for the longest time that she was Mexican

The craziest thing is that there is another person with her exact first and last name! Our last name is not all that common, the "ings" versus "ins" variation is pretty rare. The other woman with her name is African-American.
