She was in the country until several years ago they incorporated her into the City. Actually, you was in another town and Shreveport took their little town in.

then she can call animal control.

I would either call animal control or I would find a neighbor who wants to catch it and sell the pelt.

I doubt any of her neighbors would have a clue how to catch it. They are fairly young and don't seem to be the outdoor types.
