It consists of a lemonade made with fresh squeezed lemons or limes with B grade Maple Syrup and Cayenne pepper.
A cleanse like this is a good thing to do from time to time. The body is kept on a constant vigil of trying to keep up with the chemicals and toxins that we dump into our bodies daily and this give the body a break from the task of digestion and allows time to cleanse organs, tissues, blood etc and work on good health.
I don't see where the supplements are needed except that there is someone out there who needs to make a living I suppose. As a matter of fact I would imagine that the whole thing would be easier if you left the supplements out. If you are taking in items that need to be digested then digestion will never shut down and you will still have to fight hunger the whole time. If you can allow digestion to shut down then, after 3-4 days hunger will subside.
Outside of the Lemonade Diet and the others that have been mentioned there is also the juice fast. You juice fresh veggies & fruit and drink the juice... no pulp.
All of these things do the same thing. They shut down the digestion process and allows your body some time to do some much needed internal maintenance.
When you explain it like that it does make me want to try it. I think I'll save this post.
