Mike's right - they don't always wear grannie skirts. No hose is the thing with long or shorter skirts/dresses.
Mark - just admit it......it's a double standard. Men's legs aren't as attractive and women's (or most women's) so it makes more sense to allow them to show their lower legs!

Okay! Have you noticed how BIG men's ear lobes get? They shouldn't wear earrings to draw attention to those!!!!
