My dear, heartbroken husband called me this morning with the news (from the vet). Parvo got the best of her. We're going to pick her up this afternoon and bury her under the front flower bed. 
) We aren't even going to try to get our money back--I doubt we could anyway--but we are going to file a complaint, and let the local newspaper know that she sold a puppy with Parvo. Hopefully, they will remove her ad. Puppies can get the virus after they've had their first shot, and up until they're completely immunized, but since we know what the incubation period is, and she started acting sick the first night we brought her home, we're pretty sure the breeder knowingly sold us a sick puppy.
