Well, I will admit that we went to this great place (Catfish Cabin) with fried catfish, hushpuppies, french fries, etc. He ordered grilled chicken! He had never had a hushpuppy in his life; didn't even know what one was. Poor guy! BUT..........back at the house, he did eat dessert.

For starters, you stay trim, you eat out most of the time, you don't like fried food, and to be honest, I don't ever remember anything you ate when I was with you.

we do eat out almost everyday (gets old).
A lot of mexican food ( & chinese). Here's the key:
I try to eat my heavy meal by 3pm. ALways eat breakfast!
just make a shake in the blender with a lot of fruit and yogurt.
also good to have some cereal.

If you eat early, you will not be very hungry late at night.
when it's late, do not eat any carbs or sugars.

Candy is a big temptation. I can eat candy all day every day
non stop if I let myself.
