I mainly keep it for times when I don't have any milk on hand. It's also good in certain bread recipes. But the box i have will most likely last me forever...

I am going to make some homemade hot chocolate with powdered milk. Here is a recipe I found from the internet:

HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

8 quarts powdered milk
1 pound Nestle's Quick
1 pound confectioner's sugar
8 ounces coffee creamer, powdered

Mix together and store in covered container. Use 1/4 cup and add hot water for each mug.
Serving Size: 12.

I am not going to make this much. And I will use generic chocolate milk mix.

That recipe has to make more servings than that... If not, it's cheaper to get the boxes of 10 cocoa mixes at the dollar store for $1.

Yeah. Ignore that. I made half a batch tonight and it made a lot. It tastes really good too!

I don't know if this is just local or not, but my K-Mart is having a double coupons up to $2.00 from November 30 thru Dec 6th. Awesome! I will be there!!

Limit 75 coupons per day. Some restrictions do apply. You could call your local K-Mart and see if they are doing this.

This is supposed to be nationwide. I will call before I go though. I have some great coupons on household cleaners, personal care items, etc that I'd love to have doubled!
