Sorry, Mike. I didn't know there was more than one Kelloggs plant!
Can I make a suggestion? Less raisins in the Raisin Bran, please!

Sorry, we don't make Raisin Bran in Omaha. I can forward your request, but I think it probably won't change, lol!
All new products are tested in focus groups before they go into production, and the recipe adheres religiously to the recipe that was rated highest by those test groups.

It better not change. Raisin Bran is man's second greatest achievement. "Fewer raisins in Raisin Bran." Who ever heard of such a thing????
