Well then if the site listed back at page one of this thread is to the musician that is supposed to be playing then I say that the pictures listed by that musician does not represent a WPF attending person.

I also gain this percepton from his pictures. Maybe the WPF churches and pastors in the WD are not as hardcore conservative in the same areas as the ones I am familiar with.

Are you talking about Ben V's blog site?? If so, then you are looking at some pictures of his family--His parents (that lives in KY) and his brother and two sisters. I'm sure for some there would be some questions as to wether they are UPC or even go to church at all. It's his personal blog not the church's.

I think they are drawing the conclusion because his hair isn't all slicked down and parted on the side.

I remember someone complaining about the new hair styles of the youth being too trendy.

Well, anyone that has been there can definitly say that they dress in the lastest fashions and hair styles-- some are a little quirky even-- but they still keep to the very strict rules of sleeves and dress length-etc.

Depends on what you call strict. Most of their youth were short sleeves above the elbow during the summer. They are not half as strict as they want people to believe.

Re: WPF Musician to Play for Trinitarian

George, that is surprising to hear....NW was my pastor when he was in MI and all I remember is that we were to never wear sleeves above the elbow and our knees were never to show. (Which was pretty funny for me because I was a tomboy till I was about 11.)
