It is Snowing in Louisiana

We got about 4 inches of snow- Of course the city has shut down- no school , no one is going to work. My mother is in the hospital, my niece was determined to go and meet with the doctors- so she left in the middle of the snow storm. She said there were 8 wrecks on the interstate on her way to the hospital. So you see why they close everything down when it snows down here. It is sleeting and raining now.

It is beautiful!!! I am jealous! How close are you to Alexandria, I am wondering if my relatives got any snow?

BTW, praying for your mom, that is rough, I know you are worried.

WE are about 100 miles south from Alex. - I don't think they got much snow- they may have gotten a smattering. Funny thing- south LA got the snow.
