Yes, Sis Falla, and Sister Diz knows why I sent her this verse from this particular book. She sent it to Lola just before Lola left us. I read every word of this book to Lola. It gave her such comfort. The book has a matching pen with it, and Lola wanted me to hand her the pen one day with a piece of paper. She tried her best to write her name with it just because "that lady in California was sweet enough to send it to me". Thats the one and only time that pen was ever written with...or ever will be. I'll cherish that book, pen and scrap of paper. Just wanted Sis Diz to know how she helped us to find rest when we really needed it!

No, sister, just returning the favor to a sister that helped me in the time of need. I misread your post, though. I thought you said I was the BACON. Thought it was one of those Californy phrases thats not made its way east yet.
