I'm not real big on issuing the death penalty, but this case is making me rethink my stance on it.

And of course, Caylee Anthony has it so that she CAN NOT be put to death if she is convicted in all of this. For as many folks that the State of Florida has killed, this case, imo, warrants the same punishment-- upon Caylee Anthony's conviction.



Most of all, my heart is heavy for that dead little girl.

Really. What could she have possibly done to deserve to be killed by her own mother?

I am perceiving this to be a case where justice will never be served.

Unless the evidence changes the prosecution's theory is that the mother accidently overdosed the child, and then when she realized that she was dead panicked and covered it up. That is why they pulled the death penalty off, but if the new evidence changes their theory, that could change.

Well if she was "traumatized" by her accidental killing of her own daughter, why was she in the clubs dancing and partying?

If it was all accidental, why were the Grandparents lying, or making "misleading statements"?

When I think about all of their actions, it seems fishy to me. From the beginning, they have been in "hide and deceive" mode.
