I wanted to pick UPCI AND south, but that wasn't an option.
When I started thinking, "UPCI, south and east", I just gave up and decided to pick on the Californians LOL.

Well.... being from NC I am technically an ast coaster too.
But the southern superiority prevails over the east coast parts.
