I disagree with this premise.
From a Charismatics POV:
I can learn when I am willing to be taught.
I am willing to be taught when I am not
antagonized with the same sacred scriptures that I believe on for my salvation.
I am antagonized when someone tries to tell me in an around the bush way that if I don't speak in tongues I'm going to hell.
But that is exactly what we Apostolics have done and continue to do.
