Pajamas --for home only?
This weekend my husband and I are in a nice motel that serves a great continental breakfast.
You need to get dressed and go to the lobby area where there is a separate breakfast room. The majority of folks are dressed for the day. Today there was a group in their jammies..... They were modest and covered but nonetheless....they were in their pj's...Is this acceptable?

Guess whatever floats their boat. We have res truants that run specials IF you show up in your jammies on certain days.

Re: Pajamas --for home only?
My other comment involves leaving home and driving to a public facility.
I work in a large retail environment....on many occasions I've seen customers
> male and female<
enter our very public building wearing pajama bottoms. Most but not all come under the catagory of lounge pajamas, but still.....in public??
And also ....more than once.......bedroom slippers on the feet!
Might I add.........this is in a nice part of town; not the low rent district

Re: Pajamas --for home only?
well, I live in a coastal town people run around all time with as little on as possible...sometimes wish some of them were in PJ`S...
I guess different people have different customs...but it does not seem the proper thing to do.

Re: Pajamas --for home only?
I have come to work on saturdays before working OT in my pj bottoms look like sweats plus we have a pj day at work and of corse you have to be decent tops and bottoms.. also there just comfortable.. But i am like others my wife has wears pj bottoms around the house but out in public it is skirts I know the scipture that talks about it but I have questioned her on it and because if you are going to dress like that out in the world why would it change at home.... So are you women dressing like this to please god or man it must be man because if you wanted to please god you would dress the same in the house because god is in your home to I hope.....I think alot of it is people are afraid the a chuch member will see them and judge them as in your on home very seldom does a church member come over atleast in our home very sedom does a church member come over which is fine with me...
