Okay - - wondered if there was anything legally you could do. I know here if you are on FMLA (Family Medial Leave Act) you cannot lose your job as long as you have not been released from a doctor's care. They have to hold a place for you to return.

There is no such law here, but as I understand it WCB still must pay me until I get another job & or retrain me.
